The challenge to us was clear - develop a captivating new brand identity and website that positions Cotec as a technology community designed to encourage personal development and enable businesses to thrive. Cotec needed a brand that would not just reflect its mission of finding talent in the tech industry, but also communicate its role as a driver of personal growth and business success.
Crafting a vision through a new name
Creating the name for Cotec was a collaborative and inspiring process, highlighting the strong partnership between the founders and our team. From the start of this project, the founders were actively involved in providing their vision and insight throughout, which ensured that every suggestion was linked with their overall mission and values. . Our team proposed many name options, each one reflecting Cotec’s core goal of connecting the ‘community’ with ‘technology’. The final choice, Cotec, was the perfect combination of these values.

Simultaneous to the brand development, our marketing team created a marketing strategy that was designed to ensure that Cotec’s values were communicated effectively across all platforms. The strategy focused on building a strong connection with the community while showcasing Cotec’s commitment to making a meaningful impact.
